Refund Policy

*Please note if the publisher declines your sponsorship purchase, you will automatically receive a refund in the full amount within 24 hours.

If the advertiser has a good reason for a refund (i.e. accidental purchase), it must be done within 48 hours after purchase.  Each refund request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  For example, if the publisher accidentally took down the advertisement before the duration stated on the listing, that would be grounds for a refund.  But in almost all cases if a sponsorship has already been approved and is running, it is nonrefundable.  Please see Terms of Use for more information on potential occurrences which would be candidates for a refund.
